Roy Keane has revealed he gave up on Manchester United after their 1-1 draw at FC Twente in the Europa League opener.

The Red Devils have suffered another dismal start to the season, drawing twice in Europe with Twente and Porto, and sit 14th in the Premier League. Christian Eriksen
was quoted after the Twente game as saying: “It’s disappointing, we wanted more at the end but it wasn’t good enough. “
It seemed they wanted more and it wasn’t right. There was talk in the dressing room about it.”
Keane said: “After the Twente game, it was sloppy. http://ufabet999.app When you have players saying ‘I think they wanted maybe more’ I’ve given up at that point. “
If that’s the noise coming out of the dressing room then it’s no wonder the manager is having problems and there’s no doubt they aren’t winning games. That’s where United are – directionless. They’ll win some games but they’ll lose too many. “They’re
too open, they’re not athletic, they don’t score enough goals. I’m not sure if it’s a team thing,” he said.
“I’d like to know what the culture is like in training, who puts the needs in the others, who pushes the others, who helps the young players, are there any good senior players? “
When they were 1-0 up against FC Twente they had to finish the job, instead of one player coming out afterwards and saying, ‘I think they wanted it more than us’.
